Special Officer to CEO
BJAK
Date: 12 hours ago
City: Petaling Jaya
Contract type: Full time

Be the CEO’s Force Multiplier in Strategy, Focus, and Execution
At BJAK, we’re building Southeast Asia’s leading digital financial platform - and we’re doing it fast. As our CEO leads the company through rapid growth, complex decisions, and regional scale-up, we’re looking for a Special Officer to the CEO - someone who will serve as a trusted extension of the CEO’s mind and hands.
This is a high-trust, high-intensity role for someone who thrives under pressure, moves fast without sacrificing detail, and takes personal responsibility for making sure nothing slips. You’ll be the person who keeps the CEO informed, prepared, and protected - across strategic, operational, and personal fronts.
This is not a clock-in, clock-out position. You’ll be expected to step up when the business demands it, work closely with senior leadership, and care deeply about the success of the company - because you take pride in enabling those at the helm to perform at their highest level.
Why This Role Matters
We’re a lean, high-performance team that moves fast and holds a high bar. Titles don’t matter here - output, integrity, and ownership do. Everyone is expected to roll up their sleeves, contribute meaningfully, and take initiative.
We reward people who think like owners. We value speed, clarity, and relentless ownership. If you’re hungry to grow and care deeply about excellence, this is your kind of environment.
About BJAK
BJAK is Southeast Asia’s largest digital insurance platform. Headquartered in Malaysia with operations in Thailand, Taiwan, and Japan, we help millions of users access transparent, affordable financial protection. Through automation, AI, and intelligent systems, we simplify complex financial services, making them faster, more inclusive, and accessible to all.
If you’re highly dependable, thrive in high-stakes environments, and want to operate at the heart of leadership in a fast-scaling fintech - we’d love to hear from you.
