About The Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Special Officer to the Chairman. As a Special Officer to the Chairman, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Chairman in managing responsibilities and advancing strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the Chairman to make sure that the various stakeholders within the organization are communicating effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Chairman in preparing for high-level meetings, including researching and gathering relevant information.
- Coordinate and manage the Chairman's calendar, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements as needed.
- Provide support in drafting and editing important documents, presentations, and reports.
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman and the other executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Monitor and track progress on key projects and initiatives to ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements

- Comfortable working in a highly fast-paced and international environment
- Experience supporting C-suite/senior stakeholders
- Strong project/program management and organizational skills
- Highly organized
- Highly proficient Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate and embrace ambiguity
- High EQ (Emotional Intelligence)
- 4+ years of full-time work experience with at least 2 years as a Special Officer/Executive Assistant
