Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Support and operate the Operational Technology (OT) equipment lifecycle processes and standards within the worldwide organization, with a focus on procurement and equipment integration compliance.
• Perform security assessment of OT equipment during the procurement process, in accordance with company guidelines, meeting required quality and SLA.
• Responsible for cybersecurity assurance of equipment network integration, identifying and reporting requirements not attended.
• Support documentation and metrics maintenance.
• Support the deployment and rollout improvements of the OT equipment lifecycle processes and standards within the worldwide organization, with a focus on procurement and equipment integration compliance.
• Explain and fight for compliance with cybersecurity requirements to different stakeholders and give recommendations in case of non-compliance based on best practices.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of OT cybersecurity processes and standards for OT equipment lifecycle (Acquisition to Disposal) to improve the security posture of Infineon manufacturing domain.
• Assist in the alignment of OT cybersecurity processes and standards with all relevant stakeholders, particularly in the procurement phase.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure OT security requirements are properly integrated into the procurement process.
• Assist in consulting and guiding stakeholders in the adoption of OT cybersecurity processes and standards.
• Support the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for OT cybersecurity processes for all internal and external stakeholders, particularly in the procurement phase.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / IT Security / Cyber Security or any equivalent course.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in IT / OT Cybersecurity or a related field is a plus.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and concepts, including risk management and compliance.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment lifecycle processes and cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF Manufacturing Profile is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-national team and with different stakeholders.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Excellent English in both writing and speaking.
• Fresh graduates with good academic result is encouraged to apply.
