In your new role you will:
- Responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd level support to Procurement applications.
- Responsible for coordinating, aligning, and configuring IT-relevant settings of Procurement applications.
- Accountable for coordinating technical releases and upgrades of the Procurement portal.
- Analyze and discuss complex requirement specifications with the Procurement department and other IT departments.
- Drive IT projects/project work packages and support project activities (Testing, cutover migration, Go live, and Hypercare).
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent course.
- Experience in IT as a Business Analyst/software development, or application support.
- Experience with Procurement solution or process, particularly in supplier lifecycle management and sourcing, eg, Coupa, Ivalua, will be an advantage.
- Experience in working on IT projects and/or consulting.
