We are seeking an ESH (Environmental, Safety, and Health) Engineering Support specialist to enhance workplace safety and drive operational and technical improvements through engineering solutions. In this role, you will focus on achieving zero non-compliance in safety regulations, contributing to the development and implementation of safety features, and overseeing safety governance across operations.

Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Support workplace safety (ESH related) and systematic including technical & operational improvement with engineering solution to ensure zero non-compliance, focusing on technical and operational improvement through engineering solution.
- Support in machine safety release, involvement in new machine safety features/specifications, automation improvement, relocations activities for safety governance.
- Enforce compliance of PPE, occupational safety, chemical safety, technical safety, laser and radiation protection (X-ray), and Ergonomics in Operations.
- Support in safety and ergonomics improvements within organization.
- Support in investigation for incident, accident & ergonomic cases. Cascade corrective and preventive actions within the organization.
- Key interface with close partnership (internal & external parties) in all ESH related topics (legal, OHSAS18001, audits).
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Robotics/Electronics/Electrical)/ Health Safety and Environment or any relevant qualification
- Min 1 year of experience required in equipment engineering/ Health Safety and Environment.
- Working in a semiconductor manufacturing company will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in OSHA Act and operational safety requirement/topics
