Responsible local buyer for selected commodity ((Facility Management & Centre Services)

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• To negotiate well and ensure that all purchases comply with company standards.
• Coordination tasks: plan, schedule, communicate and monitor the necessary requirement / facilities for meetings, workshops, any special projects and activities for the selected commodity.
• Compose notices via email or letter form and send relevant correspondences to suppliers and business partners. and a good command of English is require.
• Enforcement of procurement control via implementation of all relevant procurement processes and methods within Infineon
• Good knowledge of procurement/business administration/planning processes, tools and method
• Contract Management:- New contract creation, alignment, maintenance and obsoletion.
  
  

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree/Master in Business Admin (BA), Economics or Engineering with good BA knowledge and experience in purchasing, business administration or planning function within manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of purchasing/business administration/planning processes, tools and methods.
• Operation:- Order process, delivery follow up, vendor portfolio management, payment terms, incoterms
• Sourcing:- New product and supplier sourcing, alternate source, change management
• Supplier Management:- Supplier Qualification & Improvement, Supplier Evaluation, supplier audit and vendor performance review.
• Purchasing Methods and Tools:- SAP, SES, SLM, Supplier Strategy, Negotiation,
