Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, communication with candidates, offer letter preparation, data maintenance in SAP, and organizing onboarding programs.
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties such as recruitment agencies, banks, and EPF to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery while handling employee inquiries professionally and maintaining data privacy.
- Support HR projects and perform additional duties within the HR Service Centre according to business needs.
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources or Business-related studies.
- 0–1.5 years of relevant working experience.
- For candidates with a Diploma, a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience is required.
- Proficient in computer systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and HR systems such as SAP, GMDS, Umantis, and EightFold.
- Strong knowledge of customer service and public relations methods, with the ability to communicate effectively and inform the Manager of potential issues.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills; fast learner with the ability to acquire new skills quickly.
