Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, communication with candidates, offer letter preparation, data maintenance in SAP, and organizing onboarding programs.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties such as recruitment agencies, banks, and EPF to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery while handling employee inquiries professionally and maintaining data privacy.
• Support HR projects and perform additional duties within the HR Service Centre according to business needs.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources or Business-related studies.
• 0–1.5 years of relevant working experience.
• For candidates with a Diploma, a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Proficient in computer systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and HR systems such as SAP, GMDS, Umantis, and EightFold.
• Strong knowledge of customer service and public relations methods, with the ability to communicate effectively and inform the Manager of potential issues.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills, fast learner with the ability to acquire new skills quickly.
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage for this role.
  
  

Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
