Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Contribute to TD team vision, by collaborating with the team to deploy TD frameworks, projects, initiatives in the areas of talent development, including but not limited to assignments across Asia.
- Stay in touch with business and Human Resources (HR) communities for the input of competencies/business gaps, engaged in conducting development needs analysis, offering necessary interventions and providing fulfilment statistics periodically.
- Be accountable for annual training plan and execution (including new hires welcome sessions), supporting deliveries on time and of quality, including but not limited to session organization, documentation & on-site support as needed.
- Understand global practices, promote awareness of and utilization of existing learning and development opportunities within Infineon; try out modern learning formats, such as mobile/social learning, to nurture and sustain the learning culture.
- Leverage data analysis tools/applications for reporting/analysis, able to use the analytics for possible enhancements (from data to insight); stay abreast to industry trends to bring in new perspectives, such as HR digitization, new ways of working.
- Act as local point of contact for HR PS team on training administration and logistics.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources/psychology/social sciences preferred; related working experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working in the dynamic intercultural context.
- Growth mindset with can-do attitude.
- Strong data analysis skills, detail-orientated, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient at Microsoft tools.
- Advanced communication & presentation skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia, verbal & written)
