Specialist Talent Development Services (Contract)

In your new role you will:

• Provide and keep up-to-date HR Talent Development Services Data Reports and Statistics to internal and external parties
• Perform routine training administrative tasks to ensure HR training processes are completed accurately, and on time, and in accordance with established HR business processes.
• Human Resource Development Fund (HRD Corp) administration (applications and claims, advice on HRDC matters and latest circulars).
• Schedule and Co-ordinate Interview collaboratively with Hiring.
• Inform candidate the interview appointment, documents required for interview and job description.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and time-to-arrange.
  
  

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree of Human Resource/ Business Administration or related studies.
• Possesses Good and Hands-on Knowledge and Skills in HR Learning systems (SAP, Success Factor)
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
• Good Problem Solving Skills
• Articulate and meticulous
• Diplomatic and sensitive communication with knowledge of intercultural differences
  
  

Note: 6 months contract under 3rd party payroll vendor and entitled to benefits according to vendor company
