What You Will Do

• Develop and verify the corresponding new process according to the product design requirements to ensure the production quality, production efficiency, producibility, reliability and safety of the product.
• Carry out continuous process improvement related to production efficiency, simplify process step, and standardize operation procedure via proper documentation of the improvement project through verification and validation and ensure operators carry out work accordance to the document specifications.
• Collaborate with product engineers on the continuous improvement of product-specific processes and provide effective improvement plans.
• Colloaborate with product engineer to analyze, confirm and provide corresponding countermeasures for the nonconforming products/scrapped products induced by process related issues.
• Responsible for the training of the corresponding process of the oeprators and the assessment and certification of the corresponding positions of the operators.
  
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or others equipvalent.
• Basic knowledge in PFMEA, DFM / DFT and problem solving skills
• Basic knowledge is photoelectronics.
  
  
  

What Will Put You Ahead

• Software proficiency in Minitab for GR&R and CPK analysis.
• Able to use project management tools to monitor the task and timeline and keep track the records.
