The Sr Purchase to Pay (P2P) Manager, Reporting and New Initiatives role is an individual contributor role and is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help the organization make informed business decisions.

This position reports to the Senior Manager - Global P2P Operations and is part of Cytiva Finance team located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and will be an on-site role.

This position is being offered through Pall, a Danaher group company providing services in Malaysia to beneficiary Cytiva.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights across our P2P processes
• Plan, execute and finalize P2P projects according to strict deadlines, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.
• Evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the P2P process by preparing periodic reports and metrics
• Lead data visualization and automation efforts, allowing management to easily identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business goals
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to simplify and improve the overall P2P process
  
  

The essential requirements of the job include:

• At least Bachelor’s degree or Professional Qualification of any field, preferably Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics
• At least 5 years of working experience in business intelligence tools like QlikSense, PowerBI, or Tableau
• Strong analytical, proficient working Excel knowledge, problem solving, and planning skills
• 5 years of demonstrated experience in leading IT/Finance projects
• Strong communications and organizational skills with attention to detail, fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Solid knowledge in ERP (Oracle and/or SAP) configurations and process related to P2P
• Experience with OCR configuration and workflows (i.e. Basware or Salesforce)
• Collaboration with internal and external auditors
