Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Be part of major digital transformation projects for our distribution centers such as migration to S/4 HANA, distribution center expansion, and automation.
• As part of Global IT team, provide project and maintenance support for global shipping and local customs solutions.
• Interface with global and regional user and IT personnel to accomplish assigned deliverables.
• Involved in continuous improvement idea, and implementation for IT applications and processes.
• Responsible for requirement gathering, business analysis and solutions design to meet user requirements.
• Responsible for testing and user training to ensure requirements are deployed.
• Act as project manager or workpackage lead for medium to large global project.
• Manage external vendor's deliverables.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or any comparable study on IT and Supply Chain Management.
• At least 5-7 years of related working experience and strong domain knowledge in logistics or shipping area, ERP.
• Young talents with good marks from university and 1-2 years working experience will also be considered.
• Strong problem management and troubleshooting/analysis skills desired.
• Ability to multi-task among different project tasks and able to handle stress.
• Strong communication skills: Communicate openly, clearly, and proactively.
• Demonstrate high quality standards and work perseveringly on assigned tasks.
• Teamwork mindset, able to work independently and as a team player in a global setup.
• Experience in a multi-national setup is an added advantage.
• Project management experience.
• Fluency in English communication.
