Staff Engineer Component Verification

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated product characterization engineer to support and sustain the CVM (Component Verification Malaysia) characterization test stations and develop innovative measurement solutions for local and global CV labs. This role will involve close collaboration with local and global teams to ensure the effective deployment of automated test solutions and contribute to the execution of post-silicon verification and characterization tests.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Support and sustain CVM functionality for existing test stations.
• Develop and deploy new test stations and measurement solutions to localand global CV labs.
• Develop innovative verification and analysis methods for local andglobal CV labs.
• Primary interface for local and global CV lab test stationsfunctionality and improvement topics.
• Contribute to the implementation and execution of post siliconverification and characterization tests to ensure a complete andsystematic verification / characterization for CVM.
• Define and develop optimized solutions in close collaboration with theglobal CV team.
• Solve technical problems and execute verification tests to support CVMoperation.
• Provide conclusive analysis on technical issues as well as verificationrequests from internal and external customers
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Semiconductor Technologies, Microelectronics or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in semiconductor industry with post silicone Component Verification/Validation experience preferred
• Experience in lab equipment handling is an added advantage
• Knowledge in electrical and electronics engineering
• Knowledge and experience in semiconductor testing lab equipment and process
• Strong knowledge in measurement technologies and methodologies
• Knowledge and experience in MOSFET technologies is an added advantage
• Knowledge in data processing and statistical data analysis
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Able to solve problems in a team and independently
• Ability to conduct training effectively
