Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Act as an in-house consultant for IT applications in the area of HR Compensation and Payroll.
- Provide operational IT support for our Payroll and Compensation systems.
- Understanding business needs and translating them into functional design proposals (i.e. solution architecture).
- Develop software for change requests and project requests.
- Implement bug fix for existing applications/programs.
- Ensure compliance requirements and the fit to architecture standards by considering the bigger picture.
- Manage the implementation with our solution providers as well as contribute to the go-live, cutover, and operations support.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar
- Experience in consulting HR business with focus Payroll
- Experience in providing operational IT support for HR applications
- Experience in working and supporting of HR cloud solutions
- Already worked and handled external payroll vendors
- Knowledge in Pl/SQL, VB, Microsoft .NET,
- Experience in using Visual Studio
- Basic knowledge of SAP HCM
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Perfect English Language skills (written / verbal)
- Advanced intercultural skills to collaborate in an international environment
