In your new role you will:

• Review and improvement of existing processes, implementation of new processes.
• Data analysis and simulation via Excel.
• Annal Salary Increase Process.
• Negotiations of collective agreement.
• Preparation of presentations for management.
• Supervision of more junior employees.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Thinking for yourself and independently, thinking in processes and end-to-end.
• Excellent English skills, speak your mind, very good communication skills.
• A relevant completed study with a duration of 4 years and subject-specific additional qualification .
• More than 3 years relevant working experience
