What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage daily stock activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and physical inventory counts in outlets.
• Updating data into the system, photos & products etc.
• Perform stock transfer with accounting software.
• Provide monthly inventory report.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure stock is received accurately.
• Clerical work.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of experience as a stock assistant or similar role, preferably in a related industry.
• Physically fit & healthy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with relevant computer software(e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
• Possesses driving license & willing to travel.
