Responsibilities
- To load unload, issue and receive material from/to vendor and sub-contractors and place at designated area for incoming inspection.
- Perform incoming inspection on quantity, visual inspection and ensure that the packing is intact, no damages/shortages.
- To stamp, allocate Goods Received Number(GRN), fill in the date of receipt for material received.
- To issue daily consumables such as hand gloves, tapes, masks, etc. to production staff and update the stock card accordingly.
- To issue items as per the picking list, deliver them to production, and obtain acknowledgment upon acceptance.
- To ensure the item is listed on the packing list and properly packed before being loaded for delivery to the customer.
- Carry out daily housekeeping after work at designated working area.
- To Perform overtime as and when required by supervisor.
- To ensure compliance ISO9001 procedure implementation.
- Possess good housekeeping skills.
- Preferably 1 – 2 years’ experience in a factory environment.
