Get to Know the Team

• The Mobility Strategy team works with senior business and product leaders to define where to play and how to win for the mobility business. We set strategic direction for cross-functional teams throughout business and tech and navigate complex problem statements to grow the Mobility business
  
  

Get to Know the Role

• You will work with senior leaders to set strategic direction for cross-functional teams throughout the business and tech divisions and navigate complex problem statements to grow the Mobility business in the Grab region.
• You will report to the Senior Manager, Mobility Strategy and based onsite in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
  
  

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will quickly grasp new and complex concepts, triangulate multiple data points, and form recommendations to solve high-priority problem statements.
• You will assess trade-offs in decisions by evaluating effort vs Return On Investment (ROI) to steer the team towards the right course of action, even if it means pivoting from initial plans.
• You will develop solutions on the anticipated risks and weaknesses.
• You will lead clarity in teams involving product, design, analytics, and engineering.
• You will manage end-to-end special projects from brainstorming to execution.
• You will build an understanding of new areas for growth and the competitive landscape to identify future growth engines.
  
  

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You have 5+ years of experience in a product, strategy, or analytical role
• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex concepts and evaluate trade-offs
• You have experience leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end projects
• You have proficiency in identifying growth opportunities and assessing competitive landscapes
