Student Health Executive (Campus Nurse)

About the role

Regent International Schools is seeking a dedicated and experienced Student Health Executive (Campus Nurse) to join our team. This is a full-time role that need to be based either in Kuantan and you will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to our students, ensuring their wellbeing and supporting their academic success.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering high-quality primary care and first aid to students, including basic medical assessments and treatment.
• Developing and implementing health education programmes to promote healthy lifestyles among students.
• Maintaining accurate medical records and documenting all student visits and treatments.
• Coordinating with parents, teachers and other stakeholders to address students' health concerns.
• Liaising with external healthcare providers and organising referrals when necessary.
• Ensuring the school's medical facilities are well-stocked and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Participating in school events and activities to provide medical support as needed.

What we're looking for

• Registered nurse with a valid practicing certificate and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide high-quality primary care and first aid
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents and staff
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing students' health needs
• Proficient in maintaining detailed medical records and using relevant software
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and best practices in a school setting or Company's in-house clinic
• Commitment to promoting a safe and healthy environment for students
