Job Responsibility
- Supervise and manage the maintenance team to ensure smooth daily operations of hotel facilities
- Perform regular inspections of the hotelâs building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize guest disruptions.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and ensure equipment is regularly serviced.
- Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, and manage the budget for the department
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide training to the maintenance team.
- Hands-on with troubleshooting and repair.
- Able to supervise maintenance team and contractors.
- Knowledge of safety and preventive maintenance schedules.
