Supply Chain Commercialisation Project Manager

Because we are looking for a Commercialisation Project Manager for our Professionals Business Group (BG). We develop, produce and commercialize a wide range of products among others within cream, butter, cheese and encaps category, while serving our B2B customers.

Within Commercialization you will support our BG to introduce new products/concepts with the highest quality possible by bridging the commercial needs with internal or external production capabilities. To do this, you’ll work intensely together with and will be the linking pin between many disciplines like Marketing, Sales, R&D, QA, Finance, Make and Supply Chain. Your role will be focused on the success of OpCo Asia, one of the commercial entities of BG Professional. On top of this you will be responsible for our product portfolio from Supply Chain side. You make sure we have a healthy portfolio aligned with our commercial and supply chain strategy.

What We Ask

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 6-10 years of work experience in the FMCG industry, of which >6 years work experience in project management
• Understanding of new product/packaging development process
• Ability to follow standard processes or define & implement those
• Demonstrated business planning and implementation skills
• Demonstrated networking & stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (English)

Vacancy Description

As Commercialization Project Manager you are leading NPD and other Supply Chain focused projects in line with project objectives, requirements, budget and planning via well-organized Project Management, including business case creation, management of uncertainties and scenario planning. You are setting up project governance and managing stakeholders. CAPEX requests could be part of project realization as well, including preparation of the necessary Business Case together with your expert team members. You are leading and coordinating all steps of a project: 1) Project initiation and orientation, 2) Project design and planning, 3) Project execution, 4) Stakeholder Management and 5) Project hypercare.

In this role you are also owning and driving portfolio healthiness and optimization.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• OTIF project execution (Realization of project deliverables within agreed timing and according to budget and requirements)
• Compliance of project updates in Principal Toolbox
• Ensuring adherence to IPM and CMB process and RFC (one) way of working
• Running 12Q and coordinating RCCP & CAPEX process for your scope
• Driving category performance through business teams together with Marketing and R&D
• Reporting on relevant KPIs and progress tracking (eg. project delivery, portfolio optimization)
• Ensuring healthy and future-proof product portfolio
• Ensuring right communication to relevant stakeholders
