Job Responsibility

Shipping & LogisticÂ

  • Perform all relevant transactions related to shipments with forwarding companies.
  • Other task related to shipment
  • Calculating storage and clearance costs.
  • Verify the shipping invoice and supporting documents.
  • Ensure that the shipping invoice and supporting documents are properly distributed.
  • Ensure that records are maintained in system upon the receipt of goods.
  • Raise stock issue, stock transfer and stock receive document when necessary.
  • Prepare all the necessary shipping documents, including Jadual CJ1
  • Timely reporting to relevant authorities including Custom.
  • Ensure regulatory documentation and records maintained.
  • Liaise with warehouse team on the storage.
  • Ensures workflows and queries are processed accurately and in a timely manner in order to provide comprehensive reply and quick solutions to both internal and external partiesâ queries and issues.Procurement:Â
  • Check the availability of stock based on the updates in database.
  • Determine the lowest cost for products/materials.
  • Source and interview vendors; negotiate contracts and costs.
  • Organize and schedule procurements in a timely manner.
  • Issue PO and follow up status until delivery confirmed.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals.
  • Verify invoices from assigned supplier and ensure all necessary documents in order
  • To update in database on the stock arrival date.

Job Requirements

  • At least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
  • At least 3-4 yearsâ experience in procurement/purchasing
  • Ability to work independently and be part of a team, with strong project management of detail oriented.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Physically fit and able to work long hour
  • Soft spoken, high communication and negotiating skill
  • Confident, witty and un-irritably persuasive
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • High Stamina and ability to handle pressure
  • A positive âcan-doâ attitude
  • Knowledge of SST is preferred
