About the role
As Supply Chain Planner , you will be responsible for providing robust data analysis and reporting the overall supply hub in operating efficiency to the management team.
Responsible for order fulfilment process including order entry, administration, and shipping. Processes orders and oversees related activities of third-party vendors to ensure orders flow effectively through systems and processes in accordance with the organisation’s customer service standards. Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximise customer satisfaction and minimise cost and working capital through effective use of KPIs. Prepares and maintains volume and demand planning analyses and supply and production schedules based on internal and external information to establish and effectively manage the supply chain. Support for transmitting demand to sites as well as capacity planning for constraints.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborating with Business & Plants on all supply enquiries related matters
- Track & review on Supplier/ Plants’ confirmation performance located in different region
- Responsible for Purchase Order placement to the plants & suppliers in different region
- Provide insights to business on delivery of S&OP number
- Supply Gap review & provide mitigation options
- Support preparation and provide data visibility for various supply hub processes.
- Provide analytics and reporting that support the supply hub objectives and needs.
- Perform reporting activities and integration work.
- Provide one off data analysis required to aid in measuring specific parts of the supply hub operation.
- Connect various system outputs and data to aid managers in assessing business situations.
- SKU Phase-in Phase-Out Management
- Governance on transactional data cleansing.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher-level degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistic, Business or related degree.
- 3-5+ years' experience in integrated Supply Chain, especially in demand and supply planning / inventory planning.
- Basic understanding of supply chain process, Equipped with necessary analytical and subject matter understanding of the interfaces between demand /supply
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and a third language, such as Japanese or Korean, is preferred to support APAC markets
- Demonstrated computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
- Knowledge in integrated supply chain systems, SAP APO DP ECC
- Good understanding of forecast models and methods, supply chain processes and practices
- Good Team-player with strong Interpersonal, Organizational and Project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Core skills: Analysis, decision making, organizing, initiative, flexibility, tenacity, effective communication, creativity, driving of results, building effective relationships with people at all levels, driving for change/improvement
- Have strong logic and data analysis skills; Able to adapt to challenges and pressure; Able to learn and finish job independently.
