Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a team specializing in cards technology, fostering expertise and innovation.
• Develop and implement functional solutions for Cards processor (CardLink) and distributed platforms (e.g., Remote Commerce, Loyalty, Digital Banking).
• Coordinate with business, operations, and technology teams for cross-functional analysis and solution validation.
• Partner with program managers to define requirements, ensure consistent updates, and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with Test Management to oversee SIT, UAT, and performance testing.
• Establish processes to maintain system features, data maps, and ensure solutions adhere to architecture and security standards.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 15+ years in cards technology and 7+ years in IT leadership, with a focus on credit cards and mainframe processors like CardLink/Visionplus.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in credit card functions (e.g., Issuing, Transaction Management, Loyalty), and mainframe/distributed platforms.
• Skills: Problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and a strong stakeholder management background
