System Analyst

Overview:

As a System Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions within our organization. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing efficient systems to meet our objectives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure that our systems align with strategic goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare documentation and gather detailed requirement from client.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing as well as conducting User Acceptance Testing.
• Work with developer for bugs fix, system enhancement, define functional requirements and test created solutions.
• Prepare functional design and deliverables like prototype, functional specifications, test scripts and user guides.
• Conduct root cause analysis of issues.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good in testing knowledge using Python, Selenium, Katalon, JMeter and Postman.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and process design skills.
• Hands-on experience with software development and documentation
