System Analyst Executive

DXN is principally involved in the sales of health-oriented and wellness consumer products through a direct selling model. It operates a vertically integrated production facilities, right from research and development to cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. DXN's other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering of lifestyle products, and operating cafe.

Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced System Analyst Executive with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at Alor Setar, Kedah.

Responsibilities :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Skilled in problem diagnosis and resolution with users on application queries, problems and take appropriate action promptly on gathering of requirements and maintain industry knowledge.
• Examining, design and develop solutions according to system specification with standards in development, maintenance and in best practices.
• Ensure solution developed meeting or exceed require standards, quality, and deliver on time.
• Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Provide operational support and ongoing maintenance and enhancement after implementation.
• Maintain application support technical documentation.

Requirements :

• Candidate must posses at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Must possess good knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia.
