Job Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management & Systems Administration

• Windows Server & Active Directory: Proactively manage, monitor, and maintain our on-premise Windows Server infrastructure.
• Microsoft Azure Administration: Deploy, configure, and manage a range of Azure IaaS and PaaS services. Ensure the performance, security, and scalability through diligent monitoring and optimization.
• Hybrid Identity Management: Manage and maintain the synchronization of identities between on-premise Active Directory and the cloud using Azure AD Connect.
• Microsoft 365 Ecosystem: Administer and provide high-level support for the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams, ensuring seamless operation, data governance, and security.
• System Health & Security: Take ownership of the overall health of our hybrid infrastructure.
  
  
  

Pre-Sales Engineering & Solution Consulting

• Solution Design & Architecture: Collaborate closely with the sales team and prospective clients to deeply understand their business and technical requirements. Including but not limited to containerization and virtualization.
• Technical Documentation: Create high-quality, professional technical documentation to support the sales process.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary technical authority and trusted advisor during the pre-sales cycle.
• Pricing & Costing: Work in partnership with the sales team to develop accurate pricing and costing models for proposed solutions.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Azure Certifications, Windows Server Certification is a plus.
  
  
  

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a System Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role with demonstrable progression in responsibilities.
• Proven experience with Azure Cloud, Office 365 administration and Windows Server environments.
• Exposure to government tender processes and presales support is highly desirable.
