System Engineer - Reporting Platform Operations Support

Provide second level support in reporting platform operations such as Tableau, Analysis for Office and etc

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Provide second level support in reporting platform operations such as Tableau, Analysis for Office and etc
• Support in platform maintenance activities e.g. server migration, platform version upgrade, platform health check and etc
• Prepare documentations for BIA solutions and platforms
• Conduct Tableau sharing for users whenever necessary and offer consultations to Tableau users
• Work collaboratively with business owners to assist in development of Tableau reports
• Support on global basis and work closely with team members in other regions
• Define, design, and enhance business intelligence solutions
• Able to work on call standby on weekdays and weekend on critical operations support
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other equivalent fields with minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience
• Strong in service support operations and experienced in ticketing tracking system
• Strong knowledge of analytical trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in SQL programming
• Understanding of Data Warehousing or ETL techniques
• Good communications skills and a proactive team player
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  
  

Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
