Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Provide second level support in reporting platform operations such as Tableau, Analysis for Office and etc
- Support in platform maintenance activities e.g. server migration, platform version upgrade, platform health check and etc
- Prepare documentations for BIA solutions and platforms
- Conduct Tableau sharing for users whenever necessary and offer consultations to Tableau users
- Work collaboratively with business owners to assist in development of Tableau reports
- Support on global basis and work closely with team members in other regions
- Define, design, and enhance business intelligence solutions
- Able to work on call standby on weekdays and weekend on critical operations support
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other equivalent fields with minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Strong in service support operations and experienced in ticketing tracking system
- Strong knowledge of analytical trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in SQL programming
- Understanding of Data Warehousing or ETL techniques
- Good communications skills and a proactive team player
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
