System Integration and Interface Engineer

In your new role, you will:

• Define integration specifications in collaboration with IT and HR teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain system integrations using state-of-the-art integration technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and security across all integrated HR Systems (such as SAP HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors) and other enterprise applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot interface errors to ensure seamless data flows.
• Lead and provide technical support in projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Document integration scenarios, and interfaces and write technical specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve integration solutions and processes.
  
  

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, or any related course.
• Proven experience in system integration, interface development, and data management.
• Proficiency in integration tools and platforms (e.g. SAP Integration Suite, Dell Boomi).
• Programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle).
• Understanding of HR processes, data, and experience with HR information systems (e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors) is a big plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
