- Assisting the end-to-end recruitment process in supporting the TA manager, working closely with hiring managers and external employment agencies (if any) to define job requirements, roles, and responsibilities
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Conduct pre-screening and initial interviews for all non-managerial positions, coordinate interviews with the hiring manager and HR/TA Managers, and manage the job offer process, including negotiating employment terms and finalizing offers with guidance from HR/TA managers
- Establish and update a human resources database and various recruitment data reports and statistical analysis requested by the business, maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings, administrate TA-related commercial contracts and invoices
- Manage casual workers and contractors by leveraging recruiting agencies
- Provide administration support to HR/TA managers on a full spectrum of HR
- Minimum of a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Have 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a similar role, with a track record of successful hiring campaigns
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
- Proficiency in using HR software (Workday) and candidate management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Organized and good time management to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
