主要職責：
- 職缺發布與廣告：協助在各種招募網站、社群媒體平台和其他招募管道上建立和發佈職缺廣告。
- 候選人搜尋：利用招募入口網站、社群媒體、網路和員工推薦主動尋找潛在候選人。
- 篩選和入圍：審查履歷、篩選申請人並根據工作要求和資格列出候選人。
- 面試協調：協調候選人和招募經理之間的面試時間表，確保面試過程順利進行。
- 候選人溝通：與候選人保持定期溝通，在整個招募過程中提供其申請狀態的最新資訊和回饋。
- 入職支援：透過準備文件、舉辦入職培訓課程以及確保新員工順利過渡到公司來協助入職流程。
- 記錄保存：在人力資源系統中維護準確且最新的招募記錄，包括候選人資料和麵試回饋。
- 與招募經理合作：與部門主管和招募經理密切合作，了解人員配置需求並協助確定每個職位的合適候選人。
- 雇主品牌：透過與潛在候選人分享公司文化、價值觀和工作機會，協助將Boat Noodle 宣傳為首選雇主。
- 行政支援：為P&O 團隊提供一般行政支持，包括協助完成招募報告和其他人力資源相關任務。
