Role
The intern will assist in full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding, while also contributing to employer branding and internal HR documentation processes.

Role
The intern will assist in full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding, while also contributing to employer branding and internal HR documentation processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job platforms, social media,and Google searches
- Help screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Join and support interview sessions, take notes, and assist in
- Prepare job postings and help update recruitment tracking sheets.
- Assist in employer branding activities (e.g. social media posts,
- Support onboarding documentation and filing tasks
- Source 160+ profiles, shortlist 40+
- Coordinate 50 interviews
- Join 30 interviews with documentation
- Draft 20 job ads and update trackers weekly
- Support 6 branding activities
- Process onboarding for 20 hires
- Actively participate in HR training and coaching
