Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment Cycle

核心职责

  • Drive Talent Acquisition needs aligned with business plan, fulfill right matched pipeline vacancies in the organization as full hiring cycle including job approval, job posting, search and selection, offering and pre on boarding.
  • Drive to promote diverse recruiting channels for the fulfillment as a most cost and time effectiveness achieving recruiting annual metrics.
  • Measure recruiting performance by preparing reports and dashboards. Effectively manage the recruiting channels to facilitate the strategic and real needs.(The channels and platforms include but not limited as internal, direct search, talent pool mapping, social media, referrals, campus, recruiting agency etc.)
  • Build competitive market maps to enhance the talent market insight and pipeline pooling
  • Employer Branding

  • Lead talent acquisition campaign activities to enhance the recruiting effectiveness and employer branding proposition in southeast Asia countries.
  • Employee Learning Development

核心职责

  • Support to organize local learning activities and collecting/analysis learning needs.
  • Work with Talent management team to support on local talent development program.

Qualifications

EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

  • KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

  • Required/ 必需的: 6-8 years’ or above talent attraction and acquisition relevant experience in a matrix organization
  • Preferred/ 优先考虑的: Human Resources, Psychology or Commerce is an advantage.
  • TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

技术 / 技能要求:

  • Required/ 必需的: Solid end to end recruiting experience with excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and coordination. Master English/Chinese/Malay
  • Preferred/ 优先的:
  • TA COE project design and implementation experience will be highly appreciated
  • SEA exposure will be an advantage
  • Learning development / HRBP experiences
  • ATS proficiency or greenfield project experience will be an advantage
