We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Manager!
We are seeking talented Talent Acquisition Manager/Assistant Manager to join our client's dynamic HR team. There will be two positions to be filled for this position. The role will be based in Selangor ( Petaling Jaya and Lembah Beringin) reporting to the Head of HR. You will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing workforce that drives the success of our organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
Location: Petaling Jaya and Lembah Beringing, Selangor.
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: Talent Acquisition Manager
What You'll Do
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate pipelines
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Source candidates through various channels and build talent networks
Conduct Interviews And Assess Candidate Qualifications
Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience in similar capacity.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
Remuneration : Up to RM10,000.00 per month
