Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Danfoss, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Working closely with business leaders, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process with speed, efficiency, and a strong focus on diversity and performance. Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Hands-on end-to-end recruitment by partnering with hiring managers, HR service hubs, and stakeholders to ensure an inclusive and efficient hiring process.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, leveraging talent insights, employee referrals, and headhunting to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Ensure fair and equitable hiring practices by acting as a trusted advisor, challenging leaders, and analyzing talent data to drive strategic decisions.
- Create compelling job postings and manage recruitment marketing to attract top talent through relevant channels.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring high-quality shortlists and effective hiring decisions.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate pre-boarding to support a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
- Maintain real-time updates in the Applicant Tracking System (PeopleNow) and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
- Promote Danfoss as an employer of choice, enhancing the candidate experience and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Raise purchase orders on MyShop for welcome gifts, vendor invoices, etc.
- Manage all onboarding related matters, including documentation, forms, and IT related matters.
- Ensure full compliance of recruitment processes and system requirements.
- Additional duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate Possesses These Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related discipline.
- 3-6 years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience preferably within engineering/technical discipline supporting the manufacturing or related industry.
- Significant experience in headhunting, active-sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and evaluating candidates.
- Must be proficient in MS Office and any ATS; preferably SuccessFactors.
- A team player and willingness to support when needed on various recruiting initiatives and projects.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills with effective negotiation and influence.
- Excellent networking and communication skills
- Adept at facilitating virtual and face-to-face interactions and known for a trustworthy and direct approach
