As an In-House Talent Acquisition Specialist at Havas APAC, you will be a strategic partner in building high-performing teams that drive our business forward. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from crafting compelling job descriptions to securing top-tier talent, while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. Collaborating closely with country HR and Talent Acquisition teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping our talent pipeline and supporting our growth across the region.

- Design and execute innovative, data-driven recruitment strategies to attract top talent across diverse functions and markets.
- Build strong partnerships with HR leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, align on hiring priorities, and deliver timely, high-quality hires.
- Develop clear, inclusive, and compelling job descriptions tailored to each role and market.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, industry events, and talent communities.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and lead structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with country HR or hiring managers to coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth selection process.
- Prepare and negotiate competitive job offers in alignment with internal benchmarks and market trends.
- Oversee background checks and reference verifications to ensure compliance and quality of hire.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Deliver monthly reports and insights to stakeholders, including budget utilization and ROI of recruitment tools.
- Continuously refine sourcing strategies and recruitment processes based on data, feedback, and evolving business needs.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, either in an agency or in-house environment.
- Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and best practices.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences and building strong talent pipelines.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
