Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* Collaborates with recruitment team and posts all position requisitions to agreed-upon sites.
* Assists with researching recruitment resources and applicable organization memberships for job postings for both.
* Assists in sourcing, screening and shortlisting relevant profiles for respective assigned positions for all divisions.
* Collaborates with and supports the recruiting team on the achievement of Affirmative Action goals through job postings and continuous research of new resources.
* Research, schedules career fairs with appropriate staff as a source to generate qualified applicants.
* Responsible tracking employee referrals and ensuring that qualifications are met for payment.
* Schedules interviews & debrief meetings with the hiring team (including the recruiter).
* Distributes and tracks all pre-employment contingencies for new hires. This includes tracking of the background check, and other pre-employment activities.
* Processes invoices that may generate from recruitment, pre-employment or onboarding activity.
* Performs other duties as may be assigned.
What You Need to Succeed
* Having 2-3 years relevant experience in talent/profiles sourcing expertise
* Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Recruiting or Human Resources activities.
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Working knowledge of hiring applicant tracking system is preferred.
* Experience and expertise working with HR Systems is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills, detail oriented excellent follow-through, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
* Continuous improvement approach towards work processes.
* Must be able to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment
* Proven ability to work with all levels of employees.
* Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.
