Established in 1960, Tenby Schools Ipoh was the pioneer of the 6 Tenby Schools which are now part of the International Schools Partnership. Purpose of Role

We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced International Primary Teachersto join our dynamic teaching team to provide quality teaching and learning for our students.

Key Responsibilities

Class teacher

  • Deliver Strong Subject Matter Expertise:A solid grasp of the curriculum and subject area is essential. Teachers should be able to effectively teach their subject while also catering to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
  • Effective Communication and Collaboration:International schools often have a mix of parents and students with varying English language fluency. Teachers need to excel at clear communication, both written and verbal, and collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Skills, Qualifications And Experience

  • Possess at least a relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Bachelor’s degree with a post graduate qualification in teaching
  • A minimum of 2 years teaching experience preferable with experience in an international schoolwith Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.
  • Patient, responsible and passionate about teaching
  • Computer literate with good interpersonal communication skills
  • A team player and flexible to meet the needs of the department
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
