Job Responsibility
- Teach knowledge and help students develop good learning habits, social skills, and confidence
- Track student development, assess progress and challenges
- Design and implement Age-appropriate lessons based on student developmental stages
- Regularly update parents on their childâs progress, discuss educational strategies, and collaborate to support student growth
- Candidates must at least possess a Diploma or equivalent
- Able to speak in English & Mandarin
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Excellent communication skills with staff, parents, and students
- Ability to create a positive and safe learning environment
- Patient and empathetic to gently guide and encourage students
- Knowledge of educational curriculum standards and best practices
- Proficient in basic administrative tasks and budgeting
- Passionate about student development and education
- Preference for candidates with early childhood qualifications
- Experience and good management skills preferred
