BO strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, globally.

Main Responsibilities
People Management
- Lead team of writers or similar roles (in content creation)
- Coach and develop expertise within the team (on content/methods/processes)
- Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders (medical scientific community) within the allocated TA/GBU and product – with an end objective to develop education and communication content as per requirement
- Ensure new technologies are leveraged
- Act as strategic thought partner to assigned TA(s) within an assigned GBU
- Develop and maintain expertise in assigned TA and on key trends/developments in the industry
- Provide inputs for publication and communication plan/publication and medical education materials/other strategic deliverables, and ensure delivery as per plan (agreed timelines and quality)
- Lead and support development of tools, technology, and processes to constantly improve quality and productivity
- Support delivery of projects in terms of resourcing, quality, timeliness, efficiency, and high technical standards for deliveries made by the medical writing group, including scientific documents and clinical/medical reports
- Contribute to overall quality enhancement by ensuring high scientific standards for the output produced by the scientific writing group
- Secure adherence to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards
- Ensure all publication and medical education materials are delivered as per agreed timelines and quality
- Ensure creating and developing tools, technology, and processes to constantly improve quality and productivity
- Leverage advanced training delivery tools and techniques thereby enhancing the effectiveness of training delivery
- Work closely with scientific communication teams in regions/areas to identify publication needs and assist in developing assigned deliverables
- Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders (medical scientific community) with an end objective to develop education and communication content as per requirement
- Advanced degree in life sciences/pharmacy/similar discipline or medical degree
- 9+ years of experience in content creation for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, or academia
- 6+ years of experience in leadership role and ability to influence and negotiate
- Must experience in stakeholder management; communication skills; people management; and ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Proficient in multiple TAs/domains under one GBU; scientific communications/writing; medical communications/writing; publication planning; and/or project management
- Excellent English language (spoken and written)
