Team Leader (Forwarding) : Shared Services

Job Description

• Data Processing work related to the logistic field: search, analyst, audit input, as well as reporting management.
• Email communication and liaise with customers and vendors.
• Ensure discrepancies are escalated for prompt resolution.
• Perform administrative and documentation functions.
• Continuously improve on the existing business process.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers on shipment progress and delivery.
• Oversee the smooth running of day to day operation
• To ensure teams follow SOP and investigate non compliance.
• Assist with any other assignments as and when required.
  

Job Requirements

• Supervising employees during day-to-day tasks

• Minimum 5 years working experience in Shipping/Supply chains/ Logistics Related field.

• Preferable candidate with managerial experience – supervisory/ leadership/ team management capacity.

• Managing customer complaints and resolving their issues

• Support ongoing learning and development of team members.

• Providing leadership and direction to all employees.

• Completing tasks assigned accurately and efficiently.

• Assist with any other assignments as and when required.
