What would be the responsibilities for this role?
- Lead Technology transfer process to ensure new or changed products or processes are well transferred between technology and manufacturing.
- Implement robust project management practices to oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and timelines
- Review results for learning’s, corrective actions, and improvement during pre and post launch activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Responsible for Management of Change system, training new users and reviewing status.
- Support the validation activities (PQ/PPQ/PV) and validation master plan tracking
- Ensure compliance of incoming imported new products and exported new products are fully compliant with exporting requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and/or quality assurance
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation, and validation of new formulations and processes
- Knowledge of Quality Management System
- Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational, planning and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication ability
- Ability to work with Colgate systems and standards
- Possess technical skills and knowledge
