Job Responsibility
- Assist in preliminary civil and structural design from conceptual drawings followed by detailed design, calculations and specifications.
- Liaise with engineering team and consultants to check and confer on the technical design and processes which meet project requirements.
- Submit engineering drawings and calculations to the appropriate authority and obtain planning approval.
- Execute inspection on works at site as and when required.
- Attended drawing clarifications, amendments to drawings and problems at site.
- Apply for certificate of fitness for occupation from appropriate authorities.
- Study, highlight and resolve discrepancies of drawings and specifications.
- At least bachelorâs degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Design experience in a consulting firm is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of the technical operations and processes in the construction industry.
- Practical knowledge of project plan development and implementation.
- Knowledge of local business and government rules and regulations.
- Willing to be stationed at Johor Bahru, Johor.
