We are looking for a Technical Executive to effectively execute NP MY Trade assets deployed to the customer's site, and ensure machines are well maintain by operator or users. The Technical Executive is responsible for logistic arrangement of any delivery and return at branches on time, ensuring all deployed and warehouse physical machine's status 100% tally with C4C and ERP system, and ensuring good machine condition at warehouse and arrange minor machine service at branch level.

A day in the life of...
- Coordinate logistics delivery and maintenance repair operations of NP assets located at Branch Warehouse.
- Monitor machine conditions located at warehouse, arrange indoor repair for and return major issue machines to Vending Central Warehouse.
- Ensure physical machine's status tally with C4C and ERP status 100% at Branch Warehouse.
- Manage machines delivery, relocation, and return to VCW on schedule.
- Enforce FIFO of trade assets at warehouse, machine is cleaned, good working conditions with precise end cup recipe and branding.
- Organize Technical related trainings on new machine model (New/ refresher training at branch level). Organize Drink Quality Program training for all customers.
- Manage Branch Warehouse spare parts inventory, replenish spare part to ensure sufficient parts for breakdown repairing. Write off spare part at branch level.
- Monitor machine conditions at Branch Warehouse; Arrange machine repair ‘Under Repair / Under Service ' to technical team.
- Monitor NPCC report, arrange job assignment to technical team according to the response period. Ensure all machines are audited and achieved minimum assigned service cycle.
- Degree in Electrical/ Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant field (at least 1 year in the foodservice industry)
- Good communication, presentation & PR skills required.
