Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the IT technical team, providing guidance and support.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data and IT systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
  • Manage IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
  • Experience with project management and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, PMP).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Familiarity with software development and database management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
