• Key Responsibilities
  
  

System Monitoring and Maintenance

• Continuously monitor system health and performance using tools like ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure system stability and high availability.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
  
  

Incident Management

• Respond swiftly to system incidents and outages, leading resolution efforts.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Document incident reports and post-mortem analyses for continuous improvement.
  
  

Infrastructure Optimization

• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement strategies to enhance system efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and upgrades.
  
  

Automation and Scripting

• Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline operations.
• Implement automation solutions to reduce manual intervention and errors.
  
  

Security and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory standards.
• Participate in security audits and apply necessary patches and updates.
• Stay informed about emerging security threats and proactively mitigate risks.
  
  

Support and Collaboration

• Provide technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and engineering teams to align operations with business goals.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support critical systems 24/7.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Development Background:Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Messaging Systems:Basic knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Caching Data Stores:Familiarity with Redis.
• Databases:Preference for NoSQL databases like ElasticSearch, MongoDB; strong understanding of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Monitoring Tools:Hands-on experience with ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Infrastructure Knowledge:Basic understanding of Nginx, DNS, Kubernetes.
• Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.
