Technical Presales (Application)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Designing logical solution and technical architecture.
• Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to be implemented.
• Prepare proposals which include solution write-up, technical compliance, preparing server and solution specifications, bill of materials, and all related documents to meet tender requirements.
• Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose the solution where needed.
• Assess the business and technical impact on few possible options to be implemented.
• Communicate and manage all the partners involved in preparing the proposals.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Application Development projects / Presales.
• Proven work experience as a Technical Presales or Solution Architect or similar role.
• Previous project management experience is advantageous.
• High-level understanding of coding languages such as Java, .Net, low-code platform such as OutSystems, and Middleware solutions.
• Experienced in implementing Application Development projects in certain roles such as a System Analyst or Application Developer or Quality Assurance Tester is advantageous.
• Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
• Efficient communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
