Technical Sales Engineer (Senior or junior)

Prefer Having Interior Design/Architecture/Construction Related Engineering background

Job Description

Responsibility

1.Source new sales opportunities for Malaysia and Singapore market through the callings, emails and follow-up

2.Responsible for revenue generation to achieve sales target.

3.Identify, build, expand and secure new business opportunities.

4.Conduct sales presentations, proposals, negotiations and sales quotation preparation with Malaysia and Singapore potential clients

5.Maintains relationships with clients by providing supports, information, and guidance.

6.Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Qualification

1.Prefer Mandarin and English speaking, bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/ Structural / Construction/ Land Surveying/ Interior Design or equivalent.

2.(Fresh graduate, 1-2 years working experiences- Junior Level)

(3 years and above of working experience in AEC industry -Senior Level)

3.Some sales experience, sales experience should include cold call or walk-in visit.

4. Knowledge of technical design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling software, SolidWorks, etc

5.Possess working experience being drafter will be added advantage.

6.Possess experience in conducting technical training for internal team will be added advantage.

7.Aggressive, sales-oriented, self-starter, good planner, good problem-solving skill, fast leaner, multi-tasking, energetic and able to work in fast-paced environment.

8.Good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

9.Good oral and written communications skills

10.Proficient & good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (speak and read)

11.Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

12.In the future, if the work performance is outstanding, may have a chance to transfer to Singapore, but there is no guarantee.

13.Able to accept business trip to Singapore or Malaysia other states.

14.Possess own transport.

15.Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
