Job Responsibility

  • Technical Support â Provide continuous assistance via phone & email for product-related issues.
  • Customer Communication â Utilize strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills to address frustrations and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Technical Guidance â Assess customers' technical knowledge and tailor responses accordingly.
  • Issue Diagnosis â Conduct basic troubleshooting and determine appropriate solutions for software-related inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Language Proficiency â Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin are required.
  • Fresh Graduates Welcome â Holders of Certification, Diploma, or Degree in IT are encouraged to apply.
  • Full Training Provided â No prior experience needed; weâll equip you with everything.
  • Rotational Shifts â Must be willing to work on shift schedules.
  • Work Location â Based in Ara Damansara, easily accessible by public transport.
